Our talented accountants are highly skilled and passionate. We work together, as a valued member of our client’s business to get the best outcome.
Jac aims to demystify tax, ensure clients are working under the right structures for them today with the flexibility to change for tomorrow, plan for how to keep, and make best use of the money they work so hard to earn, and in the end, provide the level of support and confidence needed to free clients up to do what they do best. Together, Jac and her clients make a great team!
When she’s not crunching numbers, you’ll find Jac pounding the pavement. There’s no better way to start the day than with a run as the sun rises over the Sydney city skyline!
Watching clients grow with their business or investments and having assisted with such growth, is what encourages him in an industry that focuses on crunching numbers. Like the rest of the team at Cassell and Co, Leo does not like to be seen as a boring, conventional accountant.
Outside of work, Leo is dedicated to his family, with a loving wife and a young son. It is unlikely you will spot Leo without them by his side.
She is a firm believer of “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.” Her aim is to help clients build their own career and put their full focus on their creative pursuits while she deals with the numbers which may not be fun for everyone, with exception to the Cassell & Co Team, of course!
Besides work, she enjoys reading, Pilates and is extremely passionate about fashion. You can always find her at the nearest shopping mall and if not, the second nearest.
Now 10 plus years into her career, it’s easy to say that Mum was right, though of course she was, because Mums just are.
Having worked for one of Sydney’s 5-star hotels, to running a café in Newcastle, and most recently a big firm in the city, Kat has found her fit as part of the female lead team of Cassell and Co.
Kat’s a bit of a perfectionist and loves to teach, she gets most excited seeing clients and her team succeed and achieve what they are capable of.
Her real loves in life are her mini dachshunds Frankie and Daisy, who, despite being tiny menaces, Kat always manages to bring back into the conversation regardless of the topic.
A gymnast, Lauren competes as an aerial acrobat and loves spending time with her dog Rusty.
Raby understands taxes can be stressful, but he loves to make the process as simple and painless as possible for his clients. So hand over your number crunching and focus on what you do best.
Outside of work, Raby likes to have friends over for fun times and big laughs. He’s always up for a good time. All that fun has the side effect of long naps. Another favourite past time is snoring away in bed.
Having worked in various commercial roles, Naomi realised that tax accounting was much more interesting. Her role at Cassell & Co allows Naomi to work with a creative client base that aligns with her passions and hobbies outside of work.
Dedicated to family and friends, she enjoys getting creative in styling events as well as crafting beautiful floral arrangements.
Michelle loves the fast paced, data driven facets of digital marketing and the precision it affords to adapt and evolve.
The love of eating remains and in her spare time Michelle adores exploring new restaurants and recipes. As an antidote, long vigorous walks with her dog are also on the menu.
